Ready to Find more Joy and Ease in Your Life?

We don't often have structures to support creating a little more breathing room in our lives, even while supporting so many others (such as aging parents, children, friends, clients, colleagues...).  I’m called to lead this offering as it is exactly what I’ve been looking for in my busy life with clients I love, a flourishing yet wild garden, 87-year-old parents, a “3-and-a-quarter”-year-old preschooler and another baby coming very soon!

Connect with like-minded women in a unique program that combines being in nature, playful physical activity, and empowering conversations. Over two weeks, we'll explore what it means to shift our attention to what matters to enliven our daily schedule, create more breathing room. With Joy!

In this small women’s circle, we'll be warming up with playful, light soccer activities and stretching exercises to engage the body and relieve stress. Together we’ll then explore a framework to identify where we are now, see new possibilities, be inspired by each other, in order to create our own meaningful joy practice so we can contribute with more clarity, focus, ease and grace in our lives.  And maybe even have a little fun!

What to Expect:

  • 2 Wednesday afternoons on September 11th and 18th 2024 Sessions are 90-minutes in-person, 3:00 - 4:30pm PT. We will meet at a local park in the Kensington/El Cerrito area (location specifics to be sent following registration).

  • 20-Minute Playful Warm-Up: Engage in fun movement, including light, simple soccer exercises and stretching activities to release stress and energize your body. Orange slices provided!

  • 70-Minute Empowerment Circle: Explore where you are now, open up to new possibilities, and create a joy practice with the support of a like-minded community. Warm cocoa provided!

Cost

Cost: $75 total which includes two 90-minute circle sessions.
